After the closing, I emailed Ms. Jacob with a question about the home equity loan that had been paid back through the sale of the house. I had received a notice that I was to communicate with the county. When I emailed Ms. Jacob, I was hoping for instructions of what to do. Instead, she volunteered to take care of the problem! As someone who lives out of state, that was such a relief!
